What are the better 20-22" monitors out there?

Budget: ~£160

Monitors is something I rarely purchase but my girlfriend is upgrading so I figure this is a good time to get advice from those in the know...

According to me the Samsung B2230H is probably the 22 incher of the moment. We elected it as this month's 'monitor of the month' on our website. The build quality, image quality and value is pretty much unrivalled in my opinion.
