What are the most important qualities for a person to have?

Face about the same, better bodies through (Suppose because they go to the gym)

The main problem is that I'm losing all this weight, I'm looking better, younger and stronger by the day and I've noticed in the last two weeks I'm getting a lot more attention from the ladies. Before then if i smiled at a girl she would just look stony faced at me or turn away. Very recently it's at least a smile back and this week I'm getting approached and chatted to as well. The main problem is I'm like a kid in a sweet shop, i do love my gf dearly and i find her as sexy as hell. But getting all this attention is very flattering and a real boost to the ego. I'm going to have to restrain myself.

The only reply thus far to have raised an eyebrow from me.

I think the last point is really, really important. People spend far too much time caring about what others think of them without ever considering what they think of themselves.

The ability to be self critical, and especially to be able to say 'I'm sorry, I was wrong' and genuinely mean it are personality traits that make certain people beautiful.

I don't think the restraint thing works long term though. It's like you're burying the inner Charlie Sheen and we all know how that ends up.

But hopefully I'm wrong and it's just a passing temptation! :)
