im doing muay thai and ju jitsu, on my evenings off i feel a little sore, id like to do some stretching whilst watching the tv or the like. so what are your 10 most important or most worthwhile stretches??
Bicipital tendon
Assisted Hamstring
T - stretch (Quadratus Lumborom / Spinae eractae / oblique / loads of others)
The pigeon (Quad / Ham stretch that's superb for sciatica)
Assisted Hamstring
Deep Lat
Neck / Upper Trap
Hip Flexor (sooo important, along wit hams and calves is a major one for postural problems)
Calves
