5mhz at a time on the core until it falls over, then move back 10Mhz. Return the core to stock, and so the same with the memory.

If you want to push the card a little more, then add a some voltage, but no more than %10-15 and keep a close eye on the temps.
 
Ah wuyanxu the way it sounded thought you were refuring to your 580, sorry m8, had a 5870 myself ran 1920x1200 settings max,vsnyc-off, 8xAA/2AF no prob's except the game loading prob. As long as my game runs ok l'v never used fraps. Alway's used review's to get a rough idea of framerate and which res to use, as l say my monitor max/res is 1920x1200.
