what CAS is better?

I have a "amd anthlonx64 4600" processor, which one would be better for me.

2Gb (2X1Gb) Corsair TwinX XMS DDR PC3200 (400), 184 Pins, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 2-3-3-6

or

Gb (2X1Gb) Corsair TwinX XMS DDR PC3200 (400), 184 Pins, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 3-3-3-8

I thought CAS 2-3-3-6 was lower so therefore should be more expensive?
or is CAS 3-3-3-8 better because the timings are closer?

Why is so hard to understand? The CAS 2 is faster, therefore more expensive.

depends whet they got the stock they may have bought some at a higher price so need to sell at higher to recover costs. supply and demand
