Is there any point in buying a 2Gb kit with Cas 3 rating at 800Mhz?

Will ther be much difference between Cas 3 and Cas 4 at 800Mhz?

I would suggest not doing so, especially as the price difference is very big for a performance increase that is likely to be <1%.
Ive got an 800Mhz kit running CAS4 and its brilliant. (Geil).
