Nothing, just like what I got for my 18th and 30th.
I got a car, but then I got my sister's cast off old sports cars almost every year from 18 when she was having her '**** sports cars bought in a dodgy auction that look great but run for 20 miles and then go bang / part bang, given to sibling or sold for parts' period. I miss that time! This one lasted 3 years though. And my mates and I went skiing in the US, which my parents paid for, best time.
Thats definatly a cool one. For my 18th i got all the royal mint collections since i was born, and will get the final one on my 21st.
Plus we had a family meal in a very nice restaurant that we had been wanting to try.

It actually only goes up at 22 doesn't it? Thought the wage was for 'over' 21s. I accept that I may be wrong but these were my thoughts.

I'm still waiting for my gift and my 21st was almost a year ago. I still don't know what I would like though.
21 isn't the least bit special though... After 18 theres nothing significant about individual birthdays.. not sure why people say there is for 21. Just copying american culture i guess..

A TAG watch that my dad suggested. I'd initially been happy to have a much cheaper Seiko, but my dad was insistent that I take the TAG as it'd last a lot longer, 7 years on and I still have it. My dad sadly passed away in the intervening years, so this is one thing that I'll have that'll always remind me of him, so it's now my most precious possession.

I hadn't passed my driving test by the time I was 21 so I got a little model car from my dad with a note saying he would swap it for a real one when I had passed .
Actually got round to taking my test the following year and along with that, my belated birthday present.
