A one tray roast. Roasted tarragon chicken, with potatoes, carrots, parsnips and leeks that I dug up from the garden, immediately before cooking.

Was okay, made a surplus that lasted me two days worth of dinner and tea's

Lamb chops with chips and peas.

Only problem with lamb chops is you don't get very big cuts like you do with pork or beef.
