The new one is not for tall people
I'm 6"1 with short legs. Only a 30" inside leg - consequently all of my height is in the body.
I cant get my head inside the new tigra, only way for me to drive one would be to peer over the windscreen, effectively sticking my head above the roof line :/

Know nothing about the new one other than it doesn't look bad for a small, er, coupe thing.
The old one is Corsa based, uncomfortable and generally horrendous.

Have only driven the new one. Looks reasonably smart, interior is typical vauxhall tack though. The one I drove was particularly scruffy even for a 5000 mile rental car.
Chassis is not particularly stiff, worse than other convertibles I've driven. Engine/gear box were ok though, suited the car well.

There is no such thing as a "good" Tigra.
to be fair, that is pretty good and really well done, even if it is a corsa it's still pretty cool.
why? whats wrong with em? this one is 1.4 which i dont wanna go to 2l anyway and looks sporty and is cheap...

Assuming you are talking the old one, its based on the utterly shoddy "Corsa B", the build quality is terrible, the handling is terrible, the quality is terrible.
Its cheap because ITS CHEAP. Built cheap for idiots who buy curvy "cheap" things because they "look" "funky".
Utterly terrible cars.
