What do you make for your lunch at work?

Depends really. Usually some form of sandwhich. Right now I'm favouring wafer thin ham and spreadable cheese. Very tasty! Sometimes prefer something hot though, so will either bring in some form of frozen or ready meal or will buy whatever hot meal the canteen is doing that day.

Also quite like the sushi snack packs from Tesco.

Pot Noodles or a sandwich of whatever is in the fridge.. Nothing special.
I'm usually the one that has to go to the shop and buy everybody crisps and chocolates (bring the youngest), some I might pick up a cheeky bounty or double decker.

I work from home most of the time so I make whatever I fancy. Over the last few days I've made (for lunch) salami rigatoni bake, pesto chicken salad, baked potato with tuna/mayo/cheese and some beetroot on the side.

Today I will be having a burger with beetroot, pineapple and cheese (no bun) with salad + balsamic reduction. Yes please!

Can order whatever I want over the Intranet! You specify a time or ASAP and it gets delivered to your desk!

Lovely food and very reasonable prices too.

Win!

tuna mayonnaise and salad sandwich (burgen bread)

Sometimes Im adventurous and have chicken mayonnaise sandwich :p.

Will also have fruit/whey powder at some other point in the day postworkout.

Weekdays usually a pot noodle, banana, fruit pie and jaffa cake bar.

Sat lunch is fried egg sandwich, 1/2 large packet of crips, banana, cake and chocolate. :)
