Caller: "PANCAKE"
OAP: What was that number? (Though obviously would have to do this via some sort of smoke signal or Morse code with a torch as the caller is both deaf and dumb)
(Caller replays sound file): "PANCAKE"
Situation repeats and OAP gets frustrated at an exponential rate.

Or mathematical bingo would be a pretty good one, rather than pull out numbers, they pull out algebraic equations.
