i've applied for this job blah blah blah, i got a reply back from the recruiter for the company she said the usual stuff in the email, then she said this
"indicate your standpoint regarding opting in or out of obligations offered by the Employment Agency Act 2003"
now i've searched all day online, asked friends and family, i even asked her and she sent me some info about it, but it didn't even clarify what the hell it was i was opting in or out of!
Now if shes giving mt eh chance to opt out of something, then am slightly worried as to what it is that i could opt into! I dont wanna find out its some illegal kidney selling operation hahaha
can any1 clarify what this is?
i wanna reply as soon as possible cause am really keen on this job and wanna move things along.
