Is the BR a noticeable upgrade on the DVD then? As you say its a personal favourite of mine and would love it on BR, but only if there's a massive increase in visual quality.Heat is a personal favourite so had to be done for the bank robbery scene and DtsHD soundtrack.

Nice one.Definitely a step up, obviously the DVD is pretty poor, well the version I have, the sound alone is worth it, but the pictures are definitely a massive improvement over the DVD, worth a buy.
I read some BR review site reviews and the verdict wasn't brilliant. And unless the reviews on Amazon etc are massively in favour of a BR version of a film I tend to ignore them as the reviews on sites like Amazon do tend to be a bit off target. 


I've just rebought Terminator 2 on Blu, as the Skynet Edition is only a fiver at one of the online stores
