What files are needed and what ones can be deleted

I am deleting files from the hard drive to free up but as my hard drive is partitioned so the windows and programs is 14GB and my documents is 146gb so all in all I have a 160GB hard drive but with it being partitioned I need to free room up on the windows one but I don't know what folders I can and can't delete, so could you tell me what folders I can delete? here is the pick of the windows partion: http://i9.tinypic.com/72jhowk.jpg
I will be grateful for your help as I need more space on my pc and I can't put another hard drive in because my board doesn't support raid.
 
you could always expand your windows partition..

but to answer your question.. everthing expect program files and windows.
however you would be better going through add/remove programs...

Seconded but most of those other directories won't have anything to do with add/remove.
Look through add/remove for programs you don't want anymore.
 
you should only need Windows & Program files from that list (and ntldr i think, can't remember where it's stored)

i'd run ccleaner on your system, should clear out a load of temp files

and disable system restore, will bring back a few gb
