What film did you watch last night?

Into The Storm - 4/10 - Disaster porn movie. That's natural disaster by the way, not a disaster of a porn movie.

Effects were great, but the characters were forgettable (by the end of the movie I didn't know the names of half of them) and the story was kinda bland, moving from piece to piece just so they should show more CGI.
 
Lucy. 5/10 maybe. Started out pretty decent and bonus points for it being Scarlett but the second half was just ridiculous and made no sense.
 
Blue Is The Warmest Colour - 9.5/10

Absolutely loved it, and no, not because of the subject...

The acting was superb, the story was great too.

My only gripe would be the length, but the last hour made up for it completely.

If you don't mind the French and don't mind foreign films it's one to watch
 
Cabin Fever - Patient Zero

Not a patch on the original but fun if you switch your brain off.

Gravity

Hmm well acted, looks amazing but found the story kind of dull - was checking how long was left after 40 mins.

Thor - The Dark World

No brainer action adventure. Looks great. Natalie Portman always looks great :)
 
Fire Walk With Me.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I have no idea what to score this. I did enjoy but can see why it was panned at the time. Some of the deleted scenes are quite good but still leave you with more questions than answers. How Twin Peaks should be I supposed.
 
Inbetweeners 2 - 7/10. Can't see a reason for the hate. Apart from a couple of flat scenes, I thought it was great. Found myself randomly giggling at lines the next day which is a good test for me.

I don't understand the hate either. You know what to expect when you watch a Inbetweeners movie. It not better or worst than the first. 6/10

After reading the above I thought worth a look,and this film just grabs you,yes it is explicit,but you also feel for the characters. Wonderful!!

It's not a a 9 by any stretch....it's a cliche post modern star wars trying to be clever....nothing happens
