What film did you watch last night?

The Game - 9/10

This film still stands strong today and I can see why it's on many peoples top 10 movies.

Page 1000!! I'm amazed this thread hasn't been axed by the page count police.

Road - Properly not many cup of tea, But i love Road racing and visit the IOM TT every year. Excellent film and brought a tear to my eye 10/10

Wall Street money never sleeps - Rely enjoyed this at home, even more so than the cinema with out the stupid Ex asking 50 questions every 5 mins. good story and some nice twists 8/10

Interstella - Disappointed, Didnt rely understand what was going on, Reminded me of the disappointment of knowing. will watch again with the Blu ray is out 6/10

American Sniper.

Awesome. Really good and actually quite well paced and didn't rely on action to make the film. The end was quite moving.

Well done Mr.Eastwood!

The Call. Was an ok film until the end which made it a total waste of time. They even made Hale Berry look ugly. 3/10.

This is 40. 6/10 not a bad comedy. Some lol moments passable in general.

It's been raining here for 2 days.

John Wick.

Amazing action film. Didn't know anything about it and hadn't even seen the trailer. Wasn't expecting and was amazed. Keanu Reeves is a total badass too. Brilliant gun-fu style fight sequences. Reminded me of Equilibrium crossed with a Seagal film.

9/10.

Ouija

These sort of films are not as scary as they once used to be. Still, 6/10 for effort.

'What we did on our holidays'.

Not a box office smash, not a rip roaring adventure. Just a modest little British film with a cracking cast which is heart warming and worth a watch. Parents will appreciate some of the subject matter. Loved it. Oh and it's got the legend that is Billy Connolly in it.

Blade Runner

For the first time no less.

Made the year I was born, and I will probably get lynched for this, but I don't get all the fuss.

SFX obviously great for the time, and some nice touches in some of the scenes, but Ford is Keanu Reeves level wooden, and the story just didn't grab me at all. Rutger plays a decent insane villain.

At least Hannah and Young looked fit in their youth.

6/10
