What have you had to eat today....?

See now that's the sort of stuff/quantity I need to be eating, dammit, do you find you spend a lot of money on food though?

Not really. You get can chicken pretty cheap if you buy in bulk. There are plenty of good whole foods you can make yourself quite cheap. One of my favourites is chilli but I'm trying to keep my consumption of red meat down, after binging on it for a while.
 
Breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 Sausage, Black Pudding

Snack - Atkins bar

Lunch - Lean Chicken Breast

Snacks - bag of nuts

Tea - Pork Chops, with Broccoli and mashed Swede n Carrots

Breakfast - 1 banana, 2 bowls of cheerios

- 3 cups of tea (with milk) -

Lunch - home made curry (murgh tomatar), basmati rice and naan bread

Dinner - beer probably :D
 
Had Bran Falkes at 7am with Semi skimmed milk.

8am at cup of tea with a chocolate croissant - (parents come back from France on Wed)

10.30 Mid break, 1/4 of sandwich with Pear, banana and yogurt and coffee.

12.30 Lunch, rest of sandwich brown bread with ham and pickle, with a 2 finger kit kat and apple.

16.00 Apple before going home.
 
All the extra bits of batter that fall off the fish etc. You can ask for them in most chip shops and they don't cost anything.

Haven't had those in years. In fact haven't had fish n chips from the local chippie since last year I think... Might have gone out of business actually, I used to be in there at least once a week at one time...

2 Soft Boiled Eggs
2 Pieces of Toast (Soldiers, naturally)
Cup of coffee

Lunch

Jam sandwich
Tea

Also randomly so far I've had 2 more cups of coffee and another cup of tea.
