What have you had to eat today....?

Was up at 10, didn't eat.

12:45, Weetabix, Tropical Juice

2:45, One slice of pizza, glass of pepsi (courtesy of my friend)


And that's about it. Will probably have pasta for dinner later on.
 
Breakfast:

3 eggs scrambled with smoked salmon + small amount of left over rice from previous night

Dinner:

chicken breast stuffed with garlic, ginger and chilli + fried cabbage, pepper, onion and spring onion with sweet soy sauce + bowl of Japanese sweet rice

And now I'm sitting back relaxing with a glass of Appleton Special rum with ice :)
 
Breakfast: 3 slices of Malt loaf
Lunch: Large (12") baguette of fresh roast chicken and bacon
2x Millies double choc cookies.

A ryvita with a tiny bit of cheddar on it

For dinner i hope to treat myself to a takeaway because its friday if i can persuade the girlfriend, if not it'll be something turkey based.

In terms of food i'm generally really healthy, it's booze that makes me unhealthy as i plan to have the best part of a bottle of red tonight, again because its friday and i feel like treating myself due to finishing my first full week of my new career.
 
All you northern monkeys eating your 'tea' in the afternoon. In the south we're still at our desks working hard to pay your dole!;)
 
Breakfast (At 1 PM)- Chicken Salad & 15 pieces of Sushi

Lunch- 1 Apple

Dinner- Mushroom Risotto, side salad, fruit mocktail, 750ml sparkling water, 1 double Espresso.

Was working til 3AM so didn't get out of bed til midday :(
 
Breakfast: Pringles and chocolates.
Lunch: Large lamb shish kebab on a freshly made nan with salad and chips.
Mid afternoon snack: Mini sausage rolls with mad dog chilli sauce for dipping.
Tea: Chips on a freshly made nan.

God I'm unhealthy :eek:
 
Breakfast - 2 slices wholegrain toast with low fat peanut butter.
Snack - Strawberries
Lunch - Chicken sandwich with round lettuce.
Snack - Assorted Fruit
Post workout - glass of chocolate milk
Dinner - Turkey, potato and tons of green beans.

Drinks - 10+ glasses of water.
 
7am: Bran flakes with plenty of milk
10:30am: almost full English breakfast (2 bacon, sausage, beans, fried egg, hash brown and fried bread.)
5pm: a mini feast (2 prawn vol au vents, 2 sausages, egg sandwich, a few crisps and other nibbles with it)
8pm: lamb curry.
 
0630 - rice crispies and protein shake

1100 - fish, 2 boiled eggs and some salady stuff

apple + protein shake

1600 - Spag bowl, with side lashings of veg

apple

2100 - protein shake.

Maybe a packet of crisps!!
