Breakfast: Bran Flakes & Orange juice
Lunch: Sausages wrapped in bacon and roasted with a bit of olive oil. And roasted red onions, aubergine and courgette with olive oil and salt and pepper. With a glass of water.
Dinner: Roasted Chicken breast, asparagus, red pepper and cherry tomatoes drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, parsley and oregano. Served with balsamic vinegar. With a glass of water.
And a banana some time and several glasses of water during the day.
