What is it with foreign truck drivers, had 2 incidents recently that just made me go 
WTF are you doing.
1.The most recent one first.
Coming onto a large roundabout in a 40 with good visibility, can see all the way around and theres plenty of room for me to go so i carry on into the roundabout behind a merc CLK both of us doing 30ish.
Some truck driver then thinks its gonna be fun just to not give way at all and just pull out in front of us both making, me the merc and about 5 cars behind me all stop dead on the roundabout while he pulls out, he then exits at the same exit as me and proceeds to drive through a 40 at a little over 5MPh
and with the oncoming traffic overtaking is impossible.
2.And the earlier one (and this is a good one)
I'm approaching a roundabout on the edge of my villiage, early sunday afternoon and its fairly busy. I see a truck on what i think were french plates entering the roundabout off of a dual carriageway so i stop to give way.
However he stops before he passes me, so i'm still sat there all confused his trailer is still blocking part of an exit and i cant see anything coming as theres a great big HGV blocking my view (pic is naff but you get the idea).
Cab door pops open, out gets some bearded guy, walks across both lanes of my exit, across a little paved area and flags down a car in the lane near the bus stop.
I had to try and get past the front of his HGV totally unable to see passing traffic without someone taking the end of my bonnet off.

What was he thinking, theres 2 carparks off the roundabout and a layby a few meters before his exit, if he was lost why not use one?
