What is the best (a small survey ) ?

Hi there All ,After reading a lot of threads i decided that i would make a kind of small survey regarding motherboard chipsets/makes/models etc All i want to know is Below: (in everyones opinion )

1 What is the best make/model of the 975x chipset board ?
2 What is the best make/model of the 965p chipset board ?
3 What is the best make/model of the 680 SLI board or is 650 just as good ?

IMO:

1 What is the best make/model of the 975x chipset board ?

Either intel bad axe 2 or one of the asus workstation boards

2 What is the best make/model of the 965p chipset board ?

I belive asus p5b series reach higher fsb than the gigabyte ones, so asus p5b series...

3 What is the best make/model of the 680 SLI board or is 650 just as good ?

Evga 680i i think, but heard good things about bfg too...
650 is almost as good i think, just has less sata's, less usb and just 2x pci-express x8 once in sli mode, while 680i has 2x 16x pci-e in sli mode...

The Evga 680i and the bfg 680i are not the best the best is the Asus Striker Extreme nForce 680i it has a higher oc than the other Boards.

He didnt mention in what way the best, *** striker is way too heavily overpiced imo to be called the best, but you have a point the striker extreme clocks better i believe...

I've got the BFG 680i Motherboard and all i can say is it's excellent. Paired with a Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, Corsair 2GB XMS2 Dominators PC2-6400C4D EPP and the new Zalman nVidia 9700NT CPU Cooler is a great performance package.
