What is the most serious trouble you have been in?

at 22 i assaulted someone quite badly and if they'd have pressed charges, i probably would have been looking at a short time inside. thankfully they didn't and i learnt from my mistake. i look back at what i did now and cringe (i cracked the blokes eye socket :() i felt awful, really had a word with myself and promised myself i'd never do anything like that again and i never have. i was drunk and had it on good authority he was involved in breaking into my car and nicking all my stereo equipment so in my stupid 22 year old way i justified this as a cause to get 'revenge' unfortuantetly though it was quite apparent i didn't know my own strength. i didn't get arrested or anything, i assaulted him and walked away. i remember getting home and watching tv and my brother walked in the house and told me 'i was in trouble'. he'd seen the lad receiving medical attention in the town, and with it being a small town, it didn't take long until my name was mentioned to him. i got a phone call from the police the next day to which my mum answered the phone and thus i had to confess to my parents (the panic and realisation of everything kicked in then) and i had to go to my local police station and give my statement. but (for whatever reason) the lad never pressed charges and i 'got away with it' and i was extremely lucky and thankful of this. i still see the lad now and i apologised to him the first time i saw him after the incident and it is definitely forgotten about between us now but i look back now and can't believe it was me who did that and i would never do it again unless my or someone elses life depended on it.

Something I "should" have been in A LOT of trouble for...

One day at school, I was making a paper plane. It was a proper one which I put a lot of effort into making, over 5 minutes in fact.

Just as I done the last fold, the guy sitting next to me (in register order) swiped it and scrunched it up. I was absolutely shocked and fuming. I looked around to make sure the teacher wasn't there, stood up, looked around again and gave him a full force haymaker right in his face. I then calmly sat back down like nothing had happend, while he was on the floor wondering what happend.

I've done a lot of bad stuff but made sure I've never been caught. :p

Lifted for truancy at school and breathalyzing last year for heading down a one way street, I'd had 2 beers with my dinner... That's about it.

Nothing is as bad as getting into serious trouble as a kid:

The worst was in P5. My school was IIRC one of the last 3 in Britain to ban getting the belt. A kid thought it would be funny to throw sand at me. I told him to pee off, he threw a rock at me and missed. I picked it up an looked at him real mean like. He got scared and ran away. I threw the rock at him while he was running away. He stopped, turned around...SMACK. right between the eyes. Blood spirting out instantly.

As a kid I thought, I WILL get the belt, I might even go to jail for murder! I got a sturn telling off and continued stealing milk from the P3s....

Headteacher at Primary School called my parents because I and some other kids had been mockingingly calling each other "Joey's". Anyone over a certain age will know that this was in reference to Joey Deacon, a cerebral palsy sufferer, or, in our childish lingo, "a spazzie." Kids can be nasty, eh?

Anyway, cue severe telling off by mum and dad and obvious disappointment in their son (which was much worse) :(

me and my mates hacked into a bank in America 97ish whilst in college, i say me, i was more like the lookout for tutors, we got into big crap for that.

When I was about 14 I was charged with being drunk and incapable after being taken to hospital by the Police. I learned my lesson.

When I went home for summer holiday at the end of my first year of study in the uk I went over the luggage allowance. I was just 15 then so didn't know what to do with the extra luggage. Ended up just leaving it in the check in area with my name tag still on the luggage.

In the end policemen with rifles showed up at the boarding gate waiting for me. They took down my details and searched my belongings, and the plane was delayed as a result. I was lucky to be on the plane at all as they said I wouldn't make the flight because of the questioning. This was after 911 as well so the tension was high. Certainly learned my lesson and I've always travelled light ever since. Scary experience for any 15 year-old me think!

I nearly got swept out to sea when I was a kid, that would have got me in some serious mortal trouble if I hadn't been spotted quickly. Never had any trouble with the law.

Why would you be arrested for having a kubotan?

the "key ring(smaller)" is allowed the proper one is not.. but mine was the keyring one and i still got it.. have not been searched ever again.. :/ not sure what the cooper had in his mind as much as i know they are not illegal.. maybe he just tried to scare me or something :o
