What is the oldest game you still play?

For me it's Motorhead , released 7 years ago :eek:

It runs at >350fps with 8x Supersampling AA/16xAF at 1280*1024

I remember being blown away by the graphics in the beginning but now they are just ugly and very little detail, when I look at such a game it makes me think how fast development in the computer industry and videocards has been.

Occasionally when I can get it to work : Colonization, nothing like sending out your Privateers to sink and pillage the Spanish Galleons

Or selling horses and muskets to indian tribes to fight the Dutch

Tranport Tycoon Deluxe, the orignal was out in 94 i think, Deluxe version 96 maybe?

The only thing it lacked was a decent story line and cut scenes like the original Command And Conquer, and Red Alert.

I still play it too. Can't wait for the new one this year!!

Amiga - Sensible Soccer (1992) Still play almost daily on my PSP.
PC - Settlers 1 (1993) Play it on an old laptop whilst waiting for downloads.
PC - Grand Prix Legends (1998) Still play quite regularly.

Elite - Acornsoft 1984 (although the version i play is technically a freeware reverse engineered version of the BBC game. It was released for the pc a few years ago, called Elite the New Kind.)

Next year im afraid, it got pushed WAY back and is now a Q1 2007 release date atm.

Fantastic game, I wasted years of my life on the original. Just a shame Locomotion was such a let down
