Just having a look through my megadrive games. The first one that is a possible is Alex Kidd - Enchanted castle. I think you get a skateboard at some point in that game. I'll carry on looking...
Next one is Bart Vs the Space mutants. Maybe too obvious being the Simpons that someone wouldn't remember it as "Simpsons"
Next is Chester Cheetah...
After that there are too many possibles without more information. The dog makes me think Shadow Dancer (MD version is very different to other versions) But I can't see a skateboard appearing in that game

guessing Sega CD, 32X addon, ????, ????, cheat cart, sonic & knuckles, sonic and knuckles, sonic 3. Confused as th why the are 2 sonic and knuckles in there though?
It's a 32x, Master system converter, a Genesis cleaning cart, 2x S&K, and finally Sonic 3.
