What is this plate worth?

NEL 911N

I was driving in Prague a few days ago and saw a UK registered car on the road and took a shine to the number plate. So I followed the car and offered to buy it with the plate.

The car is a 1979 Alfa Romeo 2000GT (or something like that)

So does anyone have any idea what the plate is worth? My best friends name is Neil and it would make a very good graduation gift

It doesn't say Neil, so it'd be a rubbish gift.

What it might be, however, is worth something to a 911 owner but I can't see it being much.

if your womans name is Nell and she has a porsche then maybe its ok, otherwise its just a random 911 plate :/

Worth near to nothing tbh.

Have a look at the DVLA website, you could probably get something more suitable for £250-500.

ah ok I thought the plate would be worth a bit, but if its only £500 its not worth it and as Fox says its not that close to Neil.

Also I would get stuck with the car.
