What is this symbian icon?

I don't think i've come across it before and i'm not sure if its new for the new OS, but i can really search for it when i have no idea what it actually even begins to mean! The manual doesn't have an index of icons either so thats a no go. Hoping someone can help, because its annoying, and it could mean i actually need to do something!

I saved the picture to desktop and get a different icon as the one you have pictured

Thats the icon i'm trying to figure out? Top right it means something like my inbox is full or i have a message in my outbox etc.... But i don't know what it means?

No it's not messages in my outbox tried that, call divert makes perfect sense though i'll check my settings
