what is this VIVO business?

How do you connect your ps1? Im looking at the 7900gt's as the moment.
Been looking at vga boxes but they seem awful! Iv'e got a lot of consoles that my wife would be very happy if they were removed form the living room to the study! It's going on a 19" lcd.
Any help appreciated.

Use a SCART lead with a breakout box (video and L+R audio), you can then connect the composite to the video card and use a 2x phono to 3.5mm jack cable for the audio (connect to line-in on your soundcard).
 
But what software do you actually use to play the console on-screen? Video-capture stuff only shows a small preview window, not exactly ideal for playing games.

The software that comes with the cards has full screen mode, I dont know any capture software that doesn't.
