VW Golf Estate 2.0 TDI 58 plate in 2017 for £6k on 60k miles. Worth at best £2k now with 90k miles.
Nissan Leaf 24kWh 15 plate in 2017 on 24k miles, list price £11.2k (-£2k scrappage). PCP for 36 months at £150, balloon payment, £3800: total paid £9200. Value now: £7k (60k miles).

Golf has been a total pain in the arse to own. The Leaf; a total joy.

2001 DC5 Integra Type R, 63k miles, imported early 2018 for £11k.

2015 F10 530d Luxury OAP trim, 28k miles, bought September ‘21.
£21k (!!!) but ‘only’ cost 10k to change from an early 2013 Honda CR-V with 46k miles.

I like them both.

At the moment don't own a car :( :)

Sort-of inherited my grandfather's 05 Fiesta but it's a family pool car now, just put myself in the situation that I have to use it :/
It's probably worth <£500, does alright though

2015 Honda Civic Tourer in SR spec. £9,500 just over 2 years ago from Ford's Of Winsford which was around £2k less than what main dealers were asking for lesser spec models

It's on Irish plates so that put me off at first and for some reason the pictures made it look tacky but I'm really glad I went to see it because in the metal it's pretty much immaculate

I bought it with 42k on the clock and it's only just hit 48k, sits on the drive week days until the weekend when it does family duties. I am desperate for something with a bit more performance but it seems a shame to trade it in and used cars are crazy money so I'll be keeping it for now.

Wife has a 2014 Honda Civic, 1.4 hatch bought from a main dealer about 5 years ago, it was immaculate when she bought it but not so much these days although again with it being a Honda it's been 100% reliable and nothing has been spent on it other than running costs and servicing

Me too :)
It's been a great vehicle, even though I had to spend 40 hours doing to the valve stem seals at home to avoid sending out more than I paid for it in labour :D
The Mrs loves it too. She uses it for longer journeys with the kids, and that means I get to hoon about in her little VXR!!
Win win!

FK2 Type R GT, 2017 66 Plate, bought in 2018 for 24k with 6k miles on the clock, only on 18k now, unbelievably still seems to be worth what I paid for it looking on Autotrader.

Work barge - Vauxhall Insignia 1.6 diesel grand sport, 67 plate, purchased a month ago for 10.5k, 49k miles on clock (had various company cars previously but recent job change has ended this for now, but will be offered another next year once work has sorted out employee contracts with the larger business that took my employer over).

2009 Kia Soul 2 CRDi. Bought as an ex-demo with very minimal mileage in September 2009, part-ex'ing a mildly broken '05 Fiat Panda (injector issue that had potentially caused other damage) and I forget how much money but IIRC the car was up for £11-12k.

Peugeot Partner white van, pay tax 3k earlier so roughly equates to £600 a year.

Boxster S anniversary edition 986 somewhere in the 8 to 10k region about 3 or 4 years ago.

Freelander 2 about 3 years ago for 8k

Well I paid £950 for my MX5 and spent around £15,000 to get it ready for being parked in my garage since 2014. Mind you I think it's worth about £950 again so that's alright then.

Living the dream and showing you how to make money on car investments!!

Oh, wait
I aspire to be like you
