What is your ideal body (post a pic)?

In terms of bodybuilders, I think Mike Mentzer had an awesome physique...

Wel he was quite a bit smaller (muscles and height) to that of the other major action stars of the era (arnie and sly) but he did actually have martial arts ability - no idea what level he was at but his ability is what made him a different sort of action hero of those films.

He's a very talented martial artist, he has another fight soon.
He has been blighted by crap directors not letting him have enough creative input into the films apparently, which has meant that he hasn't looked as good as he could :(

Scroll down and play the video for some better shots/footage of him. The i-bodybuilder routine relies heavily upon spending £100's on supplements and also most likely juicing so to anybody thinking 'wow, this is a wonder routine' no it isnt. To an extent? possibly, it's a very clever and effective one but not really aimed at nattys or those without deep pockets.

Benny- that is the height of selling something that is no different. Using buzzwords like 'Blackops' (lol) 'hypertrophy' 'radical' etc they mean nothing in retrospect.
The nervous system is the future? wtf is he on about.
Guys a beast and has a great powerful physique but don't try and make stuff up just to make money.

Oh I'm well aware of the buzzwords they use to market supps. I read the i-Bodybuilder article when it was released and tossing around with insulin levels isn't something I'd want to be doing and just wanted to highlight to other less educated members that there's more to that than meets the eye.

GSP or the 2004 Overeem from post number 45.
I'm only 5'7 (or 5'6 if you believe everyone else!) so big muscles would look odd, and beside big muscles would mean I was fighting tall giants!
