1GB Corsair Voyager. It's missing the cover and the internals slide out of the casing when removing it from the slot.

128mb bought in 2004 for college work. Bearing in mind at the time the college were still issuing floppy disks to save our work on so having a 128mb flash drive was mega storage

I've got some truly ancient ones still in drawers around here. My oldest in daily use is an OCZ Rally2 dual channel 8GB, reckon I bought it in about 2007-2008.

The problem with usb drives is I lend them to people and never get them back. The drives might all still work, but I'll never know.

I have a 128mb drive from about 2006 that still works.
If we're counting non USB I have an 8MB sd card, although to be fair I can't be sure it still works. Even for the time it was pretty small, came with my first digital camera about 20 years ago, I upgraded it to 64MB fairly soon after.
