What kind of owl is this?

It's at the Hawk Conservancy now, who are looking after it whilst we try and locate an owner. It doesn't appear anyone has reported it lost to the police (though they couldn't make it more difficult to deal with them if they tried frankly) so really the only routes left are contacting the IBR and sticking up a few posters and knocking on doors. At the same time doing our best to ensure whoever claims the bird is actually the genuine owner and not just some chancer after a free owl for their aviary.
