What memory for this mobo and cpu please.

Asus M4A785TD-V Evo AMD 785G (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard [90-MIBAC0-G0EAY0KZ]
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 3.20GHz (Socket AM3) or the dual one, i think i maybe able to unlock the cpu.
