What mobo to go with this spec?

Hi again, ok this is what i will be buying this week, would you kind fellas please tell me if it will work, and what Mobo i should get with it (what works)... i will be overclocking the cpu, any tips?

also, anybody recomend any changes? iv only got £2000 to play with at the mo.
 
Worth looking at the DQ6 for a few dollars more. (More Audio etc)
Mine works well with the GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC) :rolleyes:

Buy the Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard as it works fine with that cpu. ;)
 
would this mem work with the asus/gigabyte boards reccomended below?
