What OBDII software?

I have an ELM327 interface and have been just using the software that came with it. It's a touch basic, and isn't too good at clearing fault codes.

What software do others on here use? I don't mind shelling out for some as long as it's worth it

Is it a knock off Chinese ELM327 interface or a genuine one? Scantool sell software for their genuine interfaces, but it won't work with the knock offs.

It's a knock-off, i'm toying with buying a proper one + software - or a PSA Lexia (presume knock off)

If you are going to use Lexia (i assume it is a Citroen?) then you will need the correct interface and an ELM unit will not work. I have a clone pp2000 set up and it is superb, paid for itself 5 times over doing little jobs on other peoples pugs and citroens!
It will also let you do any thing from program keys to FAP regens so well worth £150.

But am weary of forking out that kind of cash for something I can't get any decent feedback on if it works or not!

Can I ask which seller you got yours from? What is the software like, requirements etc?

software needs xp to run or compatability mode in w7/vista. That is the same kit i use. I have sent you a trust message.
