lol I was jealous of his hot wife and is he supposed to be like stephen king :confused: Im not an adventure person but I thought it was ok enough story, great use of effects

About to play war inc. free but any good?
 
After playing C&C Tiberian Sun, I found a little mod called Dawn of the Tiberian Age which basically allows you to play Skirmish mode games with all the factions from the original C&C and Red Alert. Nothing like trying to take on an army of Soviet Mammoth Tanks with your GDI Mammoth Tanks.

It's the most fun I've had in a while.

ahhhh I remember downloading a mod for C&C:TS which had better textures, allowed a bigger screen resolution but then also changed the skirmish settings.

normally you were only allowed the one Mammoth Mk.II tank or the cyborg commando as NOD, but this let you build as many as you wanted xD had about 12 mammoth mkIIs trudging over the map.... only took them like FOREVER to get anywhere :p
 
just about to have the final battle against the striders in half life 2 episode 2, il replay opposing force after that, i love these HL games.. bring on #3 already!
 
Trying to work through AC3 but the Boston area runs horribly, also working on Shadow Warrior which is great when I don't have a lot of time and can just jump on and do a level. Skyrim is another one I dip in and out of and I really want to get started in borderlands 2 after testing it out at 2560x1440 last night.
 
Been playing a bit of Tomb Raider Anniversary over the weekend. The graphics are a little dated and the creature AI is pretty bad but I'm finding the game fantastic.

The puzzles are awesome and it really feels like a throw back to the old Tomb Raider games :D I hope the Tomb Raider 2013 sequel goes more down the route of tomb raiding with a bit of the grit. As the over the top movement (multiple front flips!) and overly sexualised version of the old Tomb Raiders would probably bomb terribly these days due to bad press and that becoming the whole focus of the game.
 
I've gotten a bit ADD with my games recently.

Currently I am playing bits of:
Game Dev Tycoon
Dungeon Keeper 2 (now GOG have fixed it to work with Win 8)
Borderlands 2 after remembering I have the season pass
AC Black Flag
Skyrim now I've got the mods to work properly
Defense Grid
CS:GO
 
Started playing OpenRA thanks to TotalBiscuit.

Wish Tiberium Dawn had all the content though & I hope it does eventually come to the game.

Can't wait to get home and play it.
 
I bought the Sid Meier Humble bundle Friday and have been playing loads of Civ 5 and Railways since. Really enjoying Civ 5 but Railways keeps on crashing which is a bit annoying.
