Just finished first play-through of Phantom Doctrine, incredible game.

Once you finish it you then realise that it only un-locks the full game once you do the first play-through.

If it does not win a GOTY 2018 award of some sort I would be very surprised.

Factorio, I can see what all the fuss is about now. Pulled several near all nighters since starting playing it a week ago. Bought it when they said the price would be going up a few months back and finally got round to firing it up. Then spent about 50 hours watching Quill18 videos about it before starting a game for real.

I would probably be calling it "plugging away" at Borderlands 2 in order to get Maya in to Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode. I did all this before with two characters on PS4 but having to start again from the beginning on PC is more like a grind now. Although I'm still in awe of the PhysX effects. Game isn't dishing out very many legendaries though. I'm sure I had a load more on console by this stage.

Last year’s FIFA. It was cheap, looks great, plays very well (they are finally getting the hang of it!) and is probably not a million miles away from this year’s FIFA.

Oh I know that feeling, the worst though is when you just get to UVHM, the difficulty spike is cruel and unusual.

If they can make BL3 without that Bulletsponge Grind, it could be one of those best games ever. BL2 is legendary.

I'm still on Hollow Knight. It's bloody hard! I've just found the collosseum but can't get very far in it. Some of the platforming is just too brutal for me at times. The areas are all awesome... I've just gone through Deepnest which I have to say properly scared me a few times. And this is a 2d platformer!

I can't get over how good this game is. I've still got a long way to go too.
