Yeah. A lot of people just never think about cleaning and things like that.

The biggest I'd ever go is 4 bedrooms personally. And then I'd get the front all monoblocked if it hasn't been already.

Then patio majority of the rear. Usually too shaded for grass to do well. Or just keep grass (preferably plastic) in the middle with the rear and front patio so no maintenance at all. I don't like decking for that reason or hedges and trees.

Agreed. It'd be nice to have 4 bed as a couple or 3 bed as a single person.
Really want to upgrade location more than anything.
My job isn't fully work at home yet. But most places are down to 2 days a week going forward.

But with more somewhere like Tenby etc would be amazing. Unfortunately prices obviously rocket.

It's a bind having to tidy up too much especially garden. Mainly wanted a garden for hens and wildlife.

My parents have nearly 2 acres (those damn boomers) and I dunno why they don't sell. They are too old for that hassle.

My first mortgage was 5.33% of my salary on the flat. Second is now it’s 12.45% on the house.
