I thought this might be helpful for some people. A lot of people seem to be stuck in terms of the career direction they wish to take.

On the LearnDirect website there is a little program that will ask some questions then give you the results online.

Quite happy with that to be honest, and they're really accurate. Unfortunately though, I'm going into Business and Marketting. :p

came out as data 90% and social 96%

Of the recommended jobs for Data, im already in IT (thats good) and for social - security and uniformed services - i used to be a doorman and for a few years dod event security part time. have thought about police / fire service before!

Thats pretty spot on....although I (along with others possibly) might have been rating myself higher on some things than I should have been....dont know, but its a possibility.

The recommended jobs were accurate as my current job falls under most of them.

Hmmmm I don't want a new job as I love the current job I am doing (F.E numeracy lecturer). I guess I would not do the test if I was not looking for a new job though... strange that it did not advise teaching as a job though :p
