What Tattoo for my forearm?

Paging penski to this thread.

Actually, penski's lower than working class. Dammit. He is rich, though.

I grew up in a council house and had more than one xmas when 'Santa can't make it this year....' I've been poor...I've been free-school-meals-and-putting-on-two-layers-of-clothing-at-bedtime-because-we-can't-afford-heating poor.

But I have worked my fat ass off so that I can enjoy a decent quality of life.

I'm not 'rich' (in the could-stop-working-tomorrow sense of the term) but I don't have to worry about money for rent or bills and can satisfy my gadget urge whenever it pops up...Things will be getting a lot easier over the next few months too.

**** anyone who thinks my tattoos make me scum or 'unable to rise above working class'. **** them.

I'd presumably qualify as middle class due to where I live and whatnot...

I've acquired six tattoos since I turned 18 and numerous piercings.

Do I have to move out into a council house now? I like it here :(

to be fair my father who is a chief exec, would instantly disregard an applicant for a job if they had visible tattoos, or any piercings (male) or piercings other than standard ear ones (female). Its just the way some people are.

Luckily, this is an attitude that I have rarely encountered in business...and on the few occasions where I have, it has been swiftly dealt with by the individuals' superiors.

Wow what a lot of anti-tattoo crud in this thread. :/

Well I've just spent 3.5 hours in a chair getting a start on my new one, hope this doesn't mean I'm going to be sent to the bottom of the social ladder and condemned for life! :p

The clingfilm should be off now you're home anyways, give it a rinse in the shower and show us!

What is it?

That depends on personal feelings towards what is best in aftercare surely?

As for tattoos making you working class, thats pretty funny.

You want a tattoo on your forearm and you want it to be stylish and sophisticated?

Why not go for an invisible tattoo, that's much more sophisticated.

Seriously, a tattoo stops you ever rising above working class.

Good troll post IMO :p

Managed to get a quick pic this morning whilst it was unwrapped briefly but too be honest I’m not too pleased with the photo as it really doesn’t do the tattoo justice, I think this may be as my skin looks blotchy as I’d just got out of the shower.

Still LOADS more to be done, this bit only covers one third off my arm so the other 2 sides will have the same type of pattern plus there’s parts that will cover my shoulder and branch over to my rear shoulder and chest

A friend has tribal similar to that, i think the lines are rather thicker on his though.

I have 2 dragons coiled around one (no colour) on the same arm as yours above, i am wanted the tail extending as it just sort of faids out at the mo, also want flames (no colour) rising up my left arm too.

I've gone for slighty thinner lines (they are about 25mm max in places) as I want a lot more sections to be added to fill the arm. By the time it's finished it should be equal amounts of tattoo vs skin.

Had my second sitting last night and a couple of more sections were added (one that can't really be seen in this pic), again not the greatest of pics as it's still very blotchy and swollen, but very pleased with how it's going. Hopefully another couple of sittings and it will be completed. :)
