Yes..... the mirth and merriment is still alive and well in this household - no need to say that "alchohol infused women are a nightmare"...especially to my PC.

But here is a chance to take advantage .....my missus has promised me to sort out my PC ...

Since the intoxicants have left the house, I washed out my keyboard and stuck it on the radiator for 3 or 4 hours. Job done!

NOW... my dilemma is... do I keep her in the belief she ruined my computer and screw her and her friends for a bunch of new stuff

OR

Tell her the truth that I fixed it and have a new clean keyboard?


Dammit that SSD looks SOOO good....
 
You're 38 (according to profile) and you are thinking about making your girlfriend cough for a new PC to replace one that isn't actually damaged (and if it was it was an accident)...hmmm...classy.

Or alternatively just get bj's for a couple days until you make her aware you fixed it yourself.

It depends how your girlfriend is, if she makes you spend a lot on rubbish like makeup and expensive clothes, then yeah I'd make her do the same for pc stuff...
If you like her and don't just consider her a bed partner, just say you only need a new keyboard.

If you can't rip your nearest and dearest off then who can you take advantage of these days?

Go for it, don't hold back. Perhaps speak to your lawyer and get him to send her a threatening letter as well? Might as well scare her as well as con her!

OP, how you've got to 38 years old and not figured out that lying to a woman is a bad idea I don't know. They always, always find out, and when they do, expect it to be blown out of proportion and you'll be on the couch for a good few weeks!

Even if she never found out, it'd be on your conscience, do you want that? At the end of the day, you're your own judge of whether you're a good person or not. This will not stack up favourably.
