I'm so bad at time keeping while sat here of an evening browsing the forums, I've set an alarm up on my phone to shout at me to "Go to bed you ****" at 10.30..
It used to work, but now I'm "meh, I'll just finish reading/watching this..."
goto bed around 10/10:30 and get up around 4:45 also
Done earlies for around 5 years and some shifts so kinda use to it tbh although still feel tired at times but getting up isn't that much of an issue now a days.
It helps to have a warm bedroom btw because getting out of bed when it is even remotely cold makes it 10x harder
Simon how can you do that? Half hour before work get up.
I start work at 6 and get up around 4:30-4:45 as I like to have breakfast cup of coffee catch the news before rushing around
