What time do you go to bed?

Generally in bed for 9:00, watch some Netflix etc for an hour or so and up anywhere between 5:00 - 6:00 (own business so up to me really as I have staff to sort stuff if they arrive first)

Still shattered most mornings and takes me til around 10:00 before I feel alive
 
Well, I'll be dead from lack of sleep before I get the time to read any of those anyway, so thanks but I have some dying to be getting on with.

As with most **** scientists come up with for how we should be living our lives according to what communal cavemen did - Very nice, I'm sure it's all correct and perfectly scientifically indisputable, impossible to argue against in any way..... but still has no application for anyone living in the modern world who wants to keep their job, raise their kid, play computer games, mow the lawn and generally do things with their life.

"No application", I'm glad you're speaking for all modern life there. You'd be surprised how much free time you actually do have in the modern world, including, but not limited to, removing our desire to post thousands of replies on a PC forum over a few years.

There is a difference between knowing the path and waking the path. I said we need 8 hours ideally and we should strive for, not that the demands of every day life can't get in the way of that goal, for some.
 
I think I might be the earliest at 6:30 and will be sleeping by 7:30.
My internal clock was disrupted many decades ago probably following an accident I had when I was in the Royal Marines which has meant if I was not working or out then I nodded off very early. But I also wake up at silly hours. Staying up does not make any difference to the time I wake up so I in effect lost out on sleep.

This never affected my ability to function and for most of my working life on building sites worked 7 days 5 of them 12 hour shift.

Now I am retired and have medical issues including sleep issues but I can nap when I want and go to bed when I want.
 
Ive went from going to sleep at around 2am playing games and waking up fine at 7am everyday with the same friends like clockwork..to hitting 30 and now I'm absolutely goosed if I goto sleep after 10pm
 
The earlier I have to get up, the later I go to bed. Day off tomorrow so I'll probably find myself being tired by 10pm. If only I went to bed by 10pm on a work night. :(
 
Sunday to Thursday i go to bed around 12.30 and get up at 6.30 for work. Then Friday/Saturday night around 1am then get up when I want. I often feel tired only getting 6 hours through the week but there is just too many tv shows and movies to catch up on and there’s never enough hours in the day
 
Bed at between 10 and 11:30pm to be up for 4am to hit the gym before work. Home most days by 2 so normally have an hour so nap when I get in.
