What to do in London?

Hi all,

I'm off up to a friends house in Surrey later then into London for the day tomorrow. Can anyone recommend something touristy that I might not have done before? I've been to the London Eye, Dungeon, Tussuads, science museum, parliament, the palace etc but there must be loads I've missed. Ideas appreciated.

Find a pub or cafe and do some people watching, I used to love doing that on my days off when based down there.

open top bus tour, tate modern, canary wharf (although there is not a great deal to do there other than look at the buildings)..shopping...tonnes to do in London

Tate is pretty good.

Or the British Museum, there's loads of good museums if you like that sort of stuff.

so much to do in london. think of anything you like and its there.

go see a show. go to a gallery. go to an exhibition / museum.

go to one of the parks.

i could go on and on....

How about a riverbus tour? I went on one last year was quite good. It wasnt too expensive and you can get drinks and snacks on board if memory serves me...

How about the Terracotta Warriors at the British Museum. I've been and it was pretty good. First time they've been outside China.

i think its very over booked. they keep some tickets back but you have to be there very early. worth going if you can get in though.

The o2 arena, then get a boat along the Thames (subsidized if you've bought a tube ticket). Good fun.
