Hi all,
Been out of the loop for a while and what to look for when looking for a TV these days. I haven't bought a TV for a while but I'm unsure on the current status of OLED, curved tech, 4K and HDR.
I'm not too worried about 4K due to the lack of content plus as well of the size of the screen needed to see a difference. But HDR & OLED I do like the look of (I think I read that you won't get HDR without 4K anyway). I've seen OLED displays in store (namely LG's) and the they look incredible!
Potentially looking in the 40-50" range. What features and specs are a 'must' have these days. I'm tempted by a second hand Panny plasma but now I'm paying different bills and earning less money, power consumption is a consideration
Also whats a good price for TV's in this range? Has LED tech improved to make them worthy considerations at all?
TIA
Jake
