What type of Lighting is this?

As already stated they are LED's but what is really going on is overexposure when taking the photographs. The camera has its flash turned off so a longer exposure is needed to capture enough light to get a "balanced" image. As there is so much dark area this usually results in any light source (led's in this case) looking a lot brighter then they will in reality and with a tell tale halo or glow around them. When i take photos of my pc i adjust my led's (slowing my fans dims the leds) so they dont look as bright in photos.
