What Virtual Reality games are you playing?

Just tried an early release of the cinder pact in steam, had no audio on index, controls didn't work and my anti virus blocked part of it. Just an fyi to early release bugs and blocked files... Side note I didn't unblock the file and uninstalled.

I've been playing RE Requiem using the REFramework mod.

I've finally got it looking and performing well but I had to drop to Ultra in Virtual Desktop and 72fps, but now it's very smooth with no reproduction or jittering. As with all these mods it's pretty janky but just about playable. Still cool (and scary) to be able to play it in VR though.

I only play Boxing games in mixed reality recently for a workout that is actually enjoyable and i'm deffo getting fitter (i'm doing weight training too at home), KO'd some dude in Boxing Underdogs for the 1st time a couple of days ago :D

A few years late to the party but I've just started playing Dirt Rally 2.0. Loving it, I'm terrible at it and T-cut won't fix the damage I do to the cars but it's great fun.

I did try the UEVR Mod for Assetto Corsa Rally but it was terrible, even at the low preset I couldn't hit 90fps. Will have to wait for the official VR patch or the Nvidia 6000 series.

dirt rally is excellent.
does assetto Corsa rally not have native vr support? if so that sucks and is a big regression for the franchise?
edit sorry been a long day. so official vr support is coming ? phew!

well I finally did it. I started half life alyx. it really is very good. obviously 1st thing I did when I found a marker pen was draw a giant **** on the window . only slight snags are my neck is really hurting so I had to stop. damn issues since cracking my neck 25 years ago at a party at a mates (fell out of a bouncy castle) my neck keeps flaring up. that and I have lost my vr legs as only played cockpit games for the last 12 months so I stopped playing after the 1st chapter. it is very very good tho. the hype is deserved.

Tomorrow my plan is to take it in the garden so am not so constrained (making the most of being made redundant from work :D )

Assetto corsa rally is working great at the moment with the uevr injector. They said that VR wont get offically implemented until after the offical release

just came in from the garden after doing 30 mins or so of outdoor half life alyx. being free of a wire and not having to worry about walls or ceiling is a game changer it really is. what ever head set you eventually get next make sure it has good wireless options for PCVR and that your WiFi is good in the garden (and that the controllers work outdoors - quest 1 and quest pro works great, my quest 2 controllers refused to track outside. I do not know about quest 3 (but the touch pro controllers work with quest 3 ). mine gives me a warning that my WIFI is too weak for PCVR but thankfully it runs flawlessly . I guess if I did side by side comparison with wired it is a little more jagged but all the positives of unteathered and freedom to move more than makes up for it. just have to be careful to keep the sun off the lenses as will destroy a vr screen in seconds which is why they all say for indoor use only . (A mate killed his quest 3 leaving it in a window in his lounge. luckily meta replaced under warranty but they didn't have to.)

Sunlight drowns out the q2 (and probably q3) controllers, so you need a bit of an overcast day ideally.

In addition, sun damage is a lot slower on pancake lenses (so 3, pro, frame when it comes), but it can still eventually burn them, but you don't have to fear having it outside and getting briefly exposed.

I can't remember the last time I played by Q3, but broke it out this evening for a session of PCVR Contractors, which is still a good game. Might try and get back into Into the Radius 2, although unlikely as it's been so long. Is it finished yet?

Quite fancy a driving game, will need to see what PCVR there are.

Definitely worth getting Assetto Corsa EVO. It’s still on early access and is currently on version 0.7. Plenty of cars and tracks to keep you occupied. Fully supports VR.

This is what it looks like…

I'll have a look thanks. Are there any videos or images from inside the cabin?

if rally is their bag imo dirt rally 2 is a nice balance between sim and arcade. cheap as chips too.

I've heard Dirt Rally 2 being mentioned a lot elsewhere, I think I'll grab a copy. Cheers.
