'bikers' - aka chavs on quad bikes and dirtbikes, probably 50% stolen.

*There is another 701 around my area, I saw it on a video for another such "event"
This didn't pass near my house, but a couple of times a week I hear the sounds of sports bikes racing. From the sound of the exhausts, they must be doing some serious speeds.
