Something i remember off tv in the late 80's or 90's revolving around tiny people being shipwrecked in England (sorta like gulliver in reverse). Seemed to be based in the late 1800's, 2 kids find them and look after them and save up for a model boat to send them home on, but from what i remember they end up returning to them in the end.
Can't really recall if it was on bbc or itv, just a random show that was on in those years, seen it once and never seen it again.
