Ironic statement, considering how much longer watches are existed than mobile phones. A mobile phone is not a replacement for a watch, it's just a less practical and elegant alternative.

Anyone know much about the re-sale value of Zenith's and IWC's?
Looking about, a Speedmaster seems to do fairly well, but Zenith can be a bit tricky.

Any chance of these 'limited edition' watches holding/increasing in value or are they a bit of a gimmick.
The bond anniversary stuff does quite well.
However, Omega prices have massively increased over the last 5 years, which has helped used values.
Do any Omegas hold their money? certainly not like a rolex anyhow.
Last time I bought an Omega I lost 20% on it.
Got my beady eye on that Speedy there!
I'm looking for a steel strap watch around £250-300, for that price what features should I be looking for like radio controlled etc?
I'm swaying over an Omega Seamaster - 2nd hand I might add. Residuals on these seem fairly decent, but is it worth just getting a brand new one for a few hundred more?
Thoughts please!
