What your most DOMs inducing exercise/lift?

Legs because day-in-and-day-out you need at least 4 days to recover and no matter how much they hurt you cannot get by without using them lol

Edit: There is only one thing that is worse than legs and that is missing them (for a week).

This is true, keep doing them all the time and its fine.

Miss a week and go back to them, OUCH.

Done some on Friday and went for a 17mile walk today, pain!

Leg volume of any sort (many reps and sets with controlled rests). I then find myself in disagreement with all stairs I meed in the next few days.

I've not often meeded a set of stairs before, but I think I know what you mean icecold............. ;D

Calves seem to be my biggest kicker at the moment. Only been training them hard for about 3 weeks now, doing 20 reps per set, for about 10 sets. Half standing raises, half seated raises. And the "two day ache" has just kicked in today ;(

Deadlifts generally ruin me. Squatz only tend to give me bad DOMs If I happened to of smashed a pb that week.

Most annoying is shoulder doms after front raises, trying to put shampoo on your head in the shower = pain!

Only really get DOMS on leg days, anything else I just can't get them anymore no matter how I train. Well, i say that but they are only slightly sore the morning after, I remember when I started I was sore for days on each muscle group.....and I kinda liked it 'cus I know i've worked them hard enough! :D

Leg days, mainly quads and calves.

You know it's gone well when the sound big guy walks past my brother and I congratulating us on our wobbly legs :D

Seems I've got this badly for the first time. Overhead shoulder presses and lateral raises have killed my shoulders and I've hardly been able to move since yesterday. Still, all in the name of progress.

haha I do like it when people compliment you on leg days..

Only way I can tell if I've trained legs well is if I have to support myself on the wall and bannister as I walk down the stairs to the changing rooms haha!
